Old Indochina Notes Without Serial Number Or Signature

OK, a Newbie question -- sorry if it's dumb.

My dad was in Japan right after WWII, high up in the Military Governor's office in Tokyo. He brought back a ton of Invasion Money and other stuff. Hundreds and hundreds of notes, mostly UNC. But some of them don't have serial numbers or signatures, while similar examples on ebay do have them. Wondering if this makes them more valuable, less valuable, or are they fakes. I've attached an image of my note, and one from ebay that has the numbers and signatures.
