I grade this as a VG with the obvious grafitti.

Hi Jordan.

I remember that forty years ago, a lot of collectors would X a coin on the obverse to let others know that they were looking at a "cull" coin. Back then, I saw many coins with the "X" mark on the obverse. The point being, that it was not graffiti, but a message to other collectors not to waste their time on that coin except for bullion purposes.
