Here is a strange little coin or Token, looks like brass about 5/8" across and very thin. All I know is what you can see in the photos. Any help identifying would be appreciated. thanks.

Well I googled ELORO and it appears to be a mining corporation in canada.
Wikipedia said it was a province in Mexico, which might explain the indian head

looks like an off-centre strike also, making it a doubly-interesting piece.

IMO this specimen is some sort of cast/injection molded piece. It is probably composite or plastic. By my eyes, I can see what appears to be casting evidence along the rim of the reverse.

Very interesting observation. In hand it looks and feels like metal, (it is cool to the touch and does not stick to a magnet) brass in particular to me at least. I don't know how old it is (assuming date is not reliable) but I do know it has sat in a box of my grandfathers stuff since he died in 70s and I think he had it for some time before that, but that is all I know for sure.

Did you ever find an answer to this? I have one as well and would love to find out what it is. It is definitely metal though.
