According to Numismedia it would have to grade MS63 just to be in the ball park. I don't think it would go MS60.

Hmh. I was thinking a part-time dealer needing some tax-write offs until I saw the seller. GSC gets some crazy bids on their coins, sometimes for significantly well over RedBook value based on pictures that are "enhanced" if not outright doctored. What's strange about these bids is they only offer raw coins, would not surprise me if they have a few shill bidders on their payroll. Early on I made the mistake of buying a few common date Walkers from them. Never again.

What's a shill bidder? Does that mean they have someone that bids just to drive up the current bid? What if that's the high bid, seller just puts it up again?

yes, they just end up re listing it. I am not saying Great Southern is guilty of this but many ebay sellers have people driving up the bids. Great Southern is infamous for the art of making an ef45 look ms 63. They often have people pay way too much, in my opinion, for common coins. I have been a victim myself.

This thread would still have been posted if the final price was $50.
