If, by "reputable," you mean, "guaranteed to be overgraded by at least five points, more if circulated, and of dubious authenticity and originality," then yes, they're "reputable."

Did a bit more checking and you're right. These look like ones to be avoided - they even admit they don't use the Sheldon scale but their own. Just thought I'd pass this on for future ref if anyone else comes across them.

They call themselves Certified Silver Investments or CSI and their website is csigrading.com. They claim to be for 'fun' investors so you can't take too much notice of their opinion I would think.
