I am unfamiliar with grading Franklin half's, and was wondering what this coin would grade, and if it has Full Bell Lines.

I can't tell from your pics if it's MS or not. NOT full bell lines, imho.

I can't tell how much date is on the bell...so I'll go conservative with AU 55 . And no on the fbl.
