I'd say VF 30. JMHO though, she's taken some pretty good damage to the obverse that will probably reduce it to F for some.

Nice grainy appearance of the nickel on the reverse!

I doesn't look like a harsh cleaning to me but more of a metal characteristic...

Any other opinions?

I would say its considerably higher than VF-30 but has a lower grade appearance because of the typical strike issues. The hair would be a lot more worn at 30 IMO.
