1) the grade of this coin as is it now factoring in the presence of the semicircular cut present on the shield and
2) the grade of this coin hypothetically assuming that the semicircular cut present on the shield did not exist.
Also the dirt-like substance on the reverse near the perimeter bordering the reed-ed edge could possibly be cleaned with soap and water but I elected to submit the coin in an 'as is' condition.
