This looks like it could be a False Shekel.
They crop up frequently on CCF. This link takes you to quite a few:

This isn't a standard "false shekel" design, but it is nevertheless a modern replica of an ancient Jewish coin. This one's from the Second Revolt period. You can see a similar piece in this thread.
