Wow,

I received my 20th anniversary gold sets coins back from NGC. All graded MS/PR70 (3 gold coins) and (2 g/s coins)except the silver eagle(MS69). Nothing to worry about since I ordered a set of the three silver coin set and I can add it to the other set if it graded MS70..

Not going to happen since NGC is using different labels for silver set.

I am not the only one this has happen to b/c here is a auction here for one 20th silver eagle that almost the price of the set...WOW:

However, I am satisfied with my MS69, reminds of what MorganFred said "for somepeople, they HAVE to HAVE the perfect graded coin."

Congratualtions!

Did you open your coins before sending them to NGC? I keep hearing that you shouldn't open them if you want the 20th anniversary sticker on each slab (it only goes on the reverse proof if they have been opened).

What does it cost to join NGC and then send in coins to be graded?

I have a gold set and a gold/silver set (both opened, of course) and am expecting several silver sets in the next couple of months (hopefully). I'd be interested in getting them graded, so that's why I'm asking.
