What would be the fairest way to set a price on rolls of wheat cents that are all the same date per roll? I do not collect them so we have decided to try and sell them to fellow CCF members. They are mostly S mm, one D mm and two P mm, 30's, 40's and 50's. They are in average condition some are in better shape than others. Thanks,

Do you have enough coins to have the same date and mint in a roll, instead of just the date? Just wondering, I've seen dealers price their rolls this way.

Yes, so far we have 15 rolls that have the same date and mm in each roll. Also we have quite a few rolls of mixed wheats. We just want to firgure out a fair price per roll before I list them in the for sale forum.

I believe you'll have no trouble selling mixed searched rolls for 4-5 cents a coin.
I've seen lots sell here for $50 a thousand but they may have been unsearched, at least by
the gentleman selling them. The coin shop I do business sell them at $40 a thousand. No doubt searched.
I would think rolls of S mint would be worth more, and it would vary greatly by date.
Am I the king of stating the obvious?
