I don't normally look at my paper money but one look at the numbers and it caught my eye. Is this a radar note?

Not a radar. A radar reads the same forwards as backwards.

I got one of them recently (IJ) and for some reason the colorized radars and some other fancy SN's to me look diff..like they are out of place or something. Not sure if it's due to the additional colors in the notes.

But, I like nick's ladder type Sn on the $5.
