These medals seem to be from a large series of medals featuring historic rulers of Russia. I know nothing about their origin and value but I could translate the text for you.
The first medal features a young man in hat, Fyodor II Borisovich Godunov of Russia. The legend around his bust is "Tsar Fedor Borisovich Godunov", and on the other, "Upon the death of his father, proclaimed Tsar. 1604. Murdered on the orders of Rasstriga [False Dmitriy I]. Reigned for 6 weeks. (47)". Actually Fyodor was proclaimed Tsar on 13 April 1605.
The second medal features "Grand Prince Yur'ya [modern spelling Yuri or Yury] Vladimirovich Dolgorukiy". Legend on the other side says, "After much turmoil gained the Grand Princedom of Kiev, 1155. Founded Moscow, ruling peacefully. Reigned for 3 years. (20)". Needless to say that actually Yuri's reign was far from being peaceful. He gained the throne after many years of bloody wars with his close relatives, was extremely unpopular in Kiev, being a stranger from far North, and was likely poisoned by local boyars (nobility).
