I just picked up the following Byzantine Follis. I'm having difficulty cataloguing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Phocas?

That would be my reading, yes. Phocas, follis, Nicomedia mint, variety with Greek denomination-mark M rather than Roman XXXX, mintmark NIKOB, ANNO II = 603/4 AD. Sear #657.
