Hi everyone new to this site, I'm hoping someone can help me identify one of my coins? it is in a case with writing on front but can't see all of it. all I can see is EDWARD, VF, LONDON, the rest is a blurr. Help if you can, thank you, Kiki
This is the reverse of the coin, naming the mint: CIVI TAS LON DON, "civitas london" being semi-Latinized "city of London". The other side will have the monarch's name and portrait.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
