It's not a bad deal but then too that depends on what a person needs. I don't recommend anyone purchasing the 2012 Red Book since it is almost a copy of the 2011 edition. Then those Folders are something that people should avoid.
That leaves the pile of 2x2 flips and a storage box for them. Considering that, not to great a deal.

It's a good starter kit for a YN or anyone starting out in the hobby. The push in type coin folders are ok for circulated coins, but to elaborate on justcarl's statement, they are not archival and thus not intended for uncirculated and proof coins, as they may leave residue from the acid in the paper or the glues used. 2x2s in a binder are better for long term storage.
