Wow! great find! I forget exactly what this is called, but if you post this to modern US varieties, someone will chime in.
I see a distorted Lincoln Memorial. It could be struck through another cent stuck to the obverse die?

This is the second struck through die cap coin I have found (first being a Canadian dime). Such a rush to find one again. Any clue what it value may be?

"Struck through a capped die" is a non-specific diagnosis that one should resort to only when the surface is featureless. In this case we can be more specific. This is a late-stage brockage.
