I would love some thoughts on my 1861 Indian cent . possibly AU maybe even ms-60 , is it worth sending to anacs ?

most of the mark on the second photo are from the plastic holder

Probably a high-end AU, and whether it's worth sending it in or not depends on a few things... how much are you into the coin for? You planning on selling it? Etc.

It's worth sending it off to have it graded, if that's what you want to do. It looks to be problem-free and around AU, based on these images. If it is determined to be MS, it's going to grade a lot higher than MS-60.
