I need help

Not much to go on, I have not found anything with this bust on the obverse and the only letters I have are AVG.

Reverse looks like CONC but the whole coin is struck way off center.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

The only thing I can tell you at this point is that it's an empress circa 3th century. If the coin was complete you would be able to see a half moon shape under the neck. I'll see if I can pin it down more for you.

I'm not 100%, but your coin looks to be of Tranquillina, she was the wife of Gordian III 238-244 AD. If the coin was complete the obverse would read: SABINIA TRANQVILLINIA AVG, and the reverse would be: CONCORDIA AVGG. Concordia seated patera and cornocupia. Coins of this empress are scarce an bring high prices in better condition.

It is much more likely to be Salonina with something like a CONCORD AET reverse rather than a very rare Tranquillina.
