Just started a box from BofA. The rolls you see inside are by far the most common one I've encountered. Anyone know where these come from? Are they fed or brinks or something else? Are they any good?

All I get from BofA are the 2010s or 2011s. Wachovia gives me plastic wrap & cwrs.

I just read the post carefully. I didn't realize those were 50c rolls. In that case I don't get any from BofA. They never have any. Wachovia has some occasionally.

I ordered a box from BofA. I was just wondering where these rolls are coming from and the luck people had with them(Brinks? Fed? etc)

Looks like Brinks to me. Where you get them from doesn't matter (some people swear by Brinks, some swear at Brinks) - what matters is who dumped the coins!

They look like brinks rolls to me. And I have had some luck with them before (pulling 10 franklins out of one box )

I've done great in a few boxes and I've been skunked its all a matter of luck as much as people claim there is a way to find silver, there is not. It is where it is. also, you have the box in front of you. Are they any good? what are the results you got? hopefully you found a few nice pieces

Did seven rolls and then left for other tasks now back to open some more. No silver yet from these rolls and maybe just one or two NIFCs from the ones I got individually over the past few week but we shall see.

Unless the paper is printed with a specific firms name (and not String & Sons which is a manufacturer of coin handling equipment and supplies) it is impossible to know from looking at the roll where it came from. The paper is available by the roll or case to anyone who wants to buy it. So any firm that owns a rolling machine (The Fed, Armored car firms, banks, large vending machine operators etc) can buy this generic paper and create their own rolls.

All it says is $10 halves.
UPDATE: Finished 25 rolls yesterday. I think I need some help on my searching technique. It takes me about 5 minutes to search one roll in what feels like 2-3 minutes. I dunno why time is going by so fast! Is this average?
Anyway there are clearly several other roll searchers dumping in the area from all the different marks I've seen. I'd given up but at the last minute decided to open one more before bed...it spilled all over the table and a nice ivory white 64 rolled out. I think maybe some gremlin is putting in a silver here and there to keep everyone addicted. I also found a few NIFCs too...clearly whoever is draining the silver here isn't putting as much effort into the other coins. Oh well its good to go on a high note.

Jarwulf, do you see what it says on the side of that box, "Plastic Coin Wraps?" I've yet to get those in these boxes; only what you got, the brown/white paper wraps. Has anybody got plastic wraps in these boxes? I'm talking only about these, now, that say "Plastic Coin Wraps."

I was raging about this a while back (and is a similar issue). I've attached a picture of a roll of Brinks Half Dollars, as well as the rolls that I usually get from Brinks. From what I can tell, every one of the guys that are professionally rolling coins are going to label the rolls with their names (as the Brinks Rolls here are). However, the "greenish" rolls look pretty generic, and appear to be some searcher that is searching and rolling his own, which then get circulated by Brinks (and Brinks is likely charging to roll these -- which could theoretically have anything in them). Can any of you ID the greenish rolls?
