It is a So-Called Dollar, listed in Hibler and Kappen as HK-465. It was issued at the 1933 Chicago World's Fair/Century of Progress Exposition along with another Ford Dollar.

I bought one of these about a year ago for $12 in CH UNC condition. Neat so called dollar but quite common and available.
