This is a zombie thread, but I don't see the point of a new one (correct me if I'm wrong), but I just found a VCR16 - what's the current situation regarding scarcity?

I used to think VCR-16 was quite scarce, but over the years, I have found a good number of them, including one in MS-66 grade:
