I believe that the toning may be fake on the side with the eagle, but the coin is silver and is of correct weight. SO how would you grade this one? Thanks!

I am certainly no expert, but I would say in VF area. Pics are a little blurry for me. Mybe it's just the scotch glasses I'm using to view them with.

carmykle- Thanks for the input! Yeah that is about what I thought. Sorry that the pics are not the best. My new scanner was supposed to be top of the line, but it is proving really bad for scanning coins. I have been trying to tweak it to make the images better, but they keep turning out looking blurry or granular. (And, no, my coin does not have a granular surface like that of cheap Chinese fakes).
