I found a 2001 Rhode Island quart with a all silver edge I then checked the mint and to my surprise it was not from "S" it was from Philly. Has anyone else heard of anything like this?

Possibly someone broke out the aftermarket platinum plated Statehood Quarter set. That might be an explanation.

Don't be disappointed...it only cost a quarter! I'd slap it in a 2x2 and keep it as a cool find!
