1988 $2, 4 Dots After Year, And Blob On SC

spd_dmn New Member Australia 35 Posts	Posted 10/26/2006 05:07 am Found a $2 coin today. 1988. It has 4 dots vertically after the year. And on the other side there is a large extra blob near the southern cross, covering 1 of the stars. I will try and get some pics, but am finding it hard to focus on the coin. markn Pillar of the Community Australia 1295 Posts	Posted 11/02/2006 05:59 am Does your camera have macro mode? If so, set it to that and try again. You'll need to hold the camera about 20-30 cm above the coin. Dont use a flash and light the coin from the side with a lamp or something similar. Report this Post to the Staff
