Come on, Glenn.
'nuf said.

Any way I bought a few coins that I expect to be more valuable, but they wont have big profit margins, only like $50 maybe.
But its enough for me now, as I don't have extra money to spend.
I am hoping in the marathon run, my coins will 2x or 3x or even 4x in value, what with all the silver being taken out. Of course I guess its being hoarded, but some people are melting it.

his seems like a pretty insensitive and rude thing to say to someone who is hoping to help out his family members with his valuable coin collection.

Sell them when I retire. Buy a small house on Vancouver Island (Saanach Peninsula) and renew myself with a hobby I had when I was a graduate student at the University of Victoria - golfing year round.

I too am a grad from UVic, we are in beautiful territory. I am part owner of my collection and hope my son will inherit and love the collection once I am gone.

It is so hard not to think of family futures in low economic times, but I want my future great grandchildren to hold my Mountie Canadian Quarter and say "wow she held this" followed by "she was old".

If I get really lucky and stumble across big money, I would love an antique bookstore with really good coffee and an ocean view.

That is a very original idea I actually after reading this idea would not mind the same thing.
