I'm no expert, but it does not look like a cast to me.

Judging by the photo alone, it looks genuine to me. To grizzlybear706: In Europe, in year 1699, coins were struck, not cast.

I think it may be an old Austrian coin.
The bust is a Lopold (Hog mouth).
Is it bronze or silver?

Austrian minor coin.3 krajcar(kreuzer)I doubt that is copy.worth about $3-$4 in this condition(market-not Krause value)Here is another example with different mint mark:

chervonets. I mint like it was not fake. most fake ones are cast.
