I bought this red seal $2 bill last week while I was on vacation. I paid $10.00 for it and I hope I didnt over pay. I thought the serial number was interesting because it was low and with the 2 A's. I collect foreign coins and banknotes and not usually American ones, so I dont know much about this one. Does anyone have an opinion on the value of this?

I thought it needed four 0's to be considered a low serial number?

I think it's worth about half of what you paid.

Most would agree that it takes at least 4 zeros to be considered low. The ones that really get me are the people who sell on ebay that say "low serial" and it will be something like 03269024.
