Had to hunt this morning....just had to. So, after my 12 hour shift at work, I head in and grab the old reliable Ace250, my hunting partner the ProPointer, and my digging lesche! Gotta get some hunting in before these couple days of 90+ degrees set in. With all of the recent rains the humidity will be not very nice. It was in the low 50's just two days ago. Anyway, I hit a middle school that I've been watching and waiting. I decided to hit the area where the school buses drop off/pick up the little students. It started off slow with alot of junk and some underground wires.:mad: Slowly I started hitting some targets. I had a good run of quarters when the Ace went crazy on a swing. It was bouncing all over the place. So, the ProPointer located the object real fast.....and boom...........SILVER....WOO......HOO.....! A silver rope bracelet!:D It's a heavy one ,too!

Some of the other finds...a lead tire weight, a big lead fishing weight, a little magnet (top left in the first pic), can slaw, a broken pair of glasses, and my usual amount of pull tabs. Here's the pile for the 2 hour hunt!:D

Here's the good stuff:lol::

And here's a shot on the digital scale!:lol:

Totals for the day 52 coins/$4.26 11 quarters/10 dimes/5 nickels/26 pennies:D

In this little part of the front/side of the school, I covered about 10% of the area. And, after a bit I was doing more cherry picking and a little recon work for the next hunt. I was excited about the silver and the battteries were draining. But school will be out soon and I'll have plenty of time to cover the over 90% of the hunting grounds remaining!

Nice find on the bracelet. The loading areas are a good place to find things like that. I have also had good luck in the fields away from the playground equipment. Guess they don't get looked at as much.

Too bad you can't really find $1 and $2 coins down there.
