I'll go out on a limb now and say Vancouver will have a post-Cup hangover, clearing the way for the Kings to make it to the finals.

Pick the winner of game 1 = Canucks Pick the final score of game 1 = 4-2 Pick the game winning goal scorer = Henrik Sedin Pick the winner of the Series = Canucks Pick the total number of games in the FInal = 6 Pick the total number of goals scored in the Finals = 23 Pick the most prolific goal scorer in the Finals = Kessler Pick the player with the most assists in the Finals = Seguin Pick the Conn Smythe Trophy winner = Luongo Pick the total number of overtime games in the Finals = 2 Sorry I put my picks in late. I just got back from visiting my grandmother in the hospital out in Pittsburgh. I noticed this out of the corner of my eye.

Shame on Burrows for biting Bergeron. Burrow's character is questionable. Remember 2 years ago when he pulled Duncan Keith's hair? Watch this: http://www.hockeyfights.com/fights/63764In any event, it was a good game by both teams. I'm not surprised, but slightly disappointed, that Vancouver won.

Congratulations Wontoo. PM me with your name and address. Game 2 is on Saturday. You have until 8 pm ET Saturday, June 4, to post your entry. Reminder: pick the game winner, final score and game winning goal scorer. You get 1 pt. for each correct pick. The one with the most pts. wins a silver US dime. In the event of a tie, the prize carries over to the next game. Good luck, keep your head up and your fingers away from Burrows' face.

I could use the help of the participants.
Should I accept ancientcoinguy's Series Contest submission even though it was 1 1/2 hours late? I am inclined to accept it for two reasons: (1) visiting one's grandmother in the hospital is a noble gesture; and (2) going to Pittsburgh is punishment enough.
I'll leave it up to those who's submission was in on time. Yes or No? PM me if you want to remain anonymous.
