Quote: In May, some collectors participating in the online U.S. Coin Forum operated by Collectors Universe, the parent company to PCGS, alleged two authorized purchasers -- American Precious Metals Exchange, an Internet bullion firm in Oklahoma City, Okla., and Jack Hunt Coin Broker Inc., in Kenmore, N.Y. -- had violated the Mint's conditions for selling the coins. --http://www.coinworld.com/articles/mint-officials-plan-no-audit-in-atb-bullion-s/
This is simply greed. I am very disappointed with these companies. I will not allow their greed to go unchecked. No more purchases from me. Off to coin-rare I go.
I think what people are missing when they say they got 68-69 pl and dmpl is that there is enough profit pulling just the 70s after paying grading fees for everything they sent in.
Gee, what a surprise! Wouldn't be shocked if all nine APs did that. People got nice coins from certain APs only because the majority of their runs were nice and they had to fulfill the orders. You can bet the 11's are cherry picked as they come in for the best customers.
