Hi Folks

Would like to get opinions as to what the grade may be on this 1923 silver certificate. There are no bends, folds or stains that I can see. Appreciate any opinions. Thanks

No bends, folds, large stains, creases, or pinholes would automatically make the note Crisp Uncirculated. There is one little dot on the upper left side of the reverse but it is fairly minor so based on what I see, I would call it CU-63.

Thank You. Also if I may ask what would be a fair offer for this note. The person said to make an offer but I think they have a set price in mind. Looked it up in my book for value but I am not sure how good those prices are. Still not to confident when it comes to what the value is on notes.
