So I want to submit a coin to Anacs, a 1982 NO P Dime specifically. I see this is a mint error, and in the submission form it costs another $5 for them to tell you its an error. They would obviously see the P missing on the coin, so would they not put that on the slab if I didnt pay that fee?
Also, in the form it says Mint Mark, what would I put if the mark is missing? Still P because it was minted Philadelphia?
Help~Im confused

They could mark it as a 1982-H for Hiladelphia. That would be correct for a Philadelphia with a missing P. Just a thought.
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!

Note: No TPG will obviously note anything on a coin other
than grading it unless they are specified to do so. Even then
they screw up at times and forget to put it on the label.
