What would you grade this coin. The scanner just sucks and am open to other means of capturing coin images. This coin is PL in every manner, almost 1 inch by ruler but it doesn't show on the scan....

I will say MS-64 or 65 PL if the fields are as deep as you say. PCGS required 18 inches for DMPL so thats why I say PL
