Outstanding type-1, I love the toning on this Quarter. I will guess MS-64 FH but it could be a 65FH very easy. I would love to image it. Very nice!

I would go MS-65FH on this one also. A very nice detailed coin hidden underneath some attractive toning.

If you say MS65FH you will be off by $800.00. I won't tell you which way.

There is only one way to go on this coin and that is up. MS-66FH. It is definitely not lower than a 65.

Whoa, I missed that one. I might have been too high but I don't agree with their grade either.

Take a look at the rub on the breast, the shield, and the knee. Easy AU.

Now, does the FH designation give the coin a premium? I am undecided on this one.

The FH is nice, but not worth the hype in my opinion. On SL Quarters
the weighty issue by far to me is eye appeal (same with Walkers and Morgans).
That is 50% of my grade on the MS coins.

I don't care if the coin is MS 66 graded by NGC or ANACS or PCGS, if it is ugly, it is
ugly!! In my opinion a coin that grades MS 65 or above needs to have full mint luster.
I am seeing far too many coins that are graded MS 66-67 and have 20% of their luster
left. I just don't get it. They look like they were dipped in grey printer toner.

My rant is over now..........

Yes any wear make them an AU, but to some there is a difference between wear and rub. Rub can happen in coin albums and to some this is not wear so the coin would still be unc.

You have to be good to tell the difference.
