Here is a 1967 dime I found in a jar of my fathers old change. New to this and not sure what I have. Please help and Thanks.

maybe burnt or some kind of damage?

It is not missing both clad layers, a dime missing the clad layers would be significantly underweight and have a weak strike because of it. Your dime has suffered environmental damage, typical appearance of a dirt find.
