I did it again.
Couldn't resist - lack of self control!
Looks like ancient Greek.
It's only 18mm in diameter and quite thin.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Not Greek, but early Roman. Pre-Imperial to be precise, a Republican denarius of P. Clodius, whose name appears on the reverse. Dated to 42 BC. Wildwinds example.
