upstate Pillar of the Community United States 3283 Posts	Posted 06/22/2011 2:58 pm Honestly I have little experience with soaking coins in acetone. One buffalo that had gunk on it that cleaned up quickly and turned out quite nice and One Peace dollar that I soaked for a short time and nothing happened so I left it overnight and nothing happened; well it was a little better but the finger print was unaffected, which was my target blemish.
