Very nice.

My guess is AU-58.


There is a little wear above the ear and on the upper right of the shield.

Well, these are very hard to grade from photos when trying to differentiate between AU and MS. Here, I would grade it MS-63, although if there is some light rub then AU-58.

I would go with AU-55. I see a few minor scratches on the obverse and hints of wear on the high devices of the reverse.

Nice coin with mint luster remaining.
There is wear on the lock of hair under the ribbon so you have to go AU.

Nice one it is just a hair's breadth away from MS. Hence, I will say AU-58.
