Good-At-Graphics?-Win-A-2000-PCGS-MS-64RD-Wide-AM...

The next upgrade to the Auction section will feature "Buy it Now" functionality. Or should I say "Pocket It" functionality as it will be here on CCF.

We will need a "Pocket It" graphic/button for the listing pages for the buyer to click on to purchase the item.

No more than 100 pixels wide and 50 pixels high.

We will take submissions through the weekend and the Staff will pick a winner. Submissions should be emailed to bobby coincommunity.com, do not post them here. Just post here to let me know you sent one.

Let's see what ya got.

OK, I've received a few and have a few comments...

1. The button must go with the "Pocket It" theme like ebay has "Buy it Now"

2. Please tell me who you are, don't make me look up email addresses and figure it out.

3. It needs to be original. Don't go Googling and send me something swiped. I'll be unhappy.

4. It needs to look like a button asking to be clicked.

the ebay buy it now button is just a blue rectangle that says buy it now. is it supposed to be simple like that or would you like a graphic?

They used to have this Good-At-Graphics?-Win-A-2000-PCGS-MS-64RD-Wide-AM..., without the border. We want something nice looking, withing the guidelines above, that goes with the forum.

I guess the best answer to that is sort of. Don't want anything much bigger than 100 x 50, but it could be a little bigger. It could certainly be smaller as long as it does it's job.

This is plenty big for a legible tagline and button icon. Size limitations push people to simplify their designs. I'm a GUI and game designer, and I routinely make buttons half this size.

What if we aren't very good with the graphics, but have an awesome idea for a button?
