Crossover's and special designations?

I've read all of the special requirements regarding the submission of 20th Anniversary sets that MUST be submitted in their original U.S. Mailing packages.

Now what about crossovers between companies? If one submits a 20th Anniversary coin graded from say NGC to PCGS (or vice versa) will you be allowed to keep the special designation?

Also, I wonder when the U.S. Mint will stop taking orders for the Silver Eagle sets? With all the frenzy over on e-Bay it would lead me to believe that other than the 10 set maximum set by the mint that this set would already be sold out. My brother just ordered 10 sets today "BACKORDERED". I just hope he will get them.

I do not think they would crossover the 20th anniversary coins because they would have to know without a doubt they were in a sealed set and if one company took them out the other company cant be sure, even if they designated them as such. I may be very wrong but I beleive I read it either on the NGC forums or the PCGS forums and that was the answer given
