1993 Quarter Hairs? Under Laminate

Found this quarter, looks like hairs under laminate,it runs from the top of the eagles head across and through top portion of wing. Also another atop left top of wing to the rim. It is raised and looks like they go through parts of the letters. also a small one on bottom front. best pic I could get. thanks for your input.1993-Quarter-Hairs?-Under-Laminate

Nothing is under the laminate. This is a crack in the die.
