glenzy1 Pillar of the Community Canada 1554 Posts	Posted 07/04/2011 08:00 am The leaves on the Reverse are porous, consistent with a die cast mold made out of lead. Also look at the rim on the Reverse, too strong for a coin that grades a VF-30. A rim with that much wire edge would be consistent with an AU coin. But it's not die cast or porous or made in a lead mold The most telling sign is that it is Obverse2,which does not appear on 1889 25cents Have you reported it to ebay glenzy? E-bay has been made aware as of now and I spoke via e-mail to the seller who states that this coin was part of an Estate auction lot.
