Cool find, but the premium would probably be negligible. While bills with serial numbers that low are extremely rare in circulation, one has to remember that there are 666 bills from this block with a smaller serial number. (As a side note, bill 00000666 would probably command more of a premium as a novelty item.)

That's true, but how many of those 666 bills have survived? (hehe, this is kinda funny...lol)

I'd think it would still have a premium, especially if you find someone with a matching serial number..
