They pretty much admit that these are completely fake "commoritive" coins.

Why would you report it? They clearly state that the coin is not silver.

Because it's a counterfeit and illegal as all get out. Just because they admit it's not real doesn't make it ok, it makes the seller stupid.

Ooh, I know, we'll call it a COMMEMORATIVE and no one will notice.

we know what it is is not the US does put out( COPPER-NICKEL 1893 US COMMEMORATIVE COIN 38mm XHE6 )the under lined part others will not know that it is supposed to contain 90% silver .. some may think it is a genuine something ....the pic is the side that usually says COPY in very tiny letters (not there )maybe on front can't see it so don"t know ( both sides and copy required ) illegal on ebay ....selling counterfeit illegal in US .. $5,000 coin for $ 5.00.... 5K coin full of Something

I hate copy s , on may lokal online market the number is going fast up and peopel are buying it for samll money and encourage them to junk dealers brought more and more and put them on the market.

I wonder if ebay is aware of this? This is a fake item and technically, it is illegal. Because if this is not illegal and ebay would not do anything about this, I could just list a pirated/copied dvd movies or a fake gucci handbag and label this as an "item full of chinese taste" and get away with it....
