OK, I know I'm being thick-headed, but I just received this very large and heavy Sextus Pompey and am trying to make sure it is not a fake. First of all it has thick, beautiful brownish green patina and I believe it is not a fake. However, there is a similar coin on Dr. Prokopov's site. It is not exact, but close. I have read all of the links on fake coins and find nothing about this coin which makes me think it is a fake. Any thoughts?

I forgot to say it weighs in a 22.9 grams and is 30 mm. Hope someone can assist. Thanks
