Item # 330047593191 on ebay. I'm pretty sure coin looks cleaned or polished, however auction was ending and hey its only 20 bucks.
Was this a decent buy? Can any one tell me anything about the error?

I was seriously contemplating that coin for a while today. For $20, it's worth a look. It's either a trashed planchet, or a plated coin from which the plating is wearing off.

I'll look forward to seeing it here when you get it in-hand.

Agreed, and this one's no exception. However, if it's a legitimate error, it certainly deserves to be preserved.
