Hi Folks
Came across this Canadian one dollar note. Not really familiar with Canadian notes. Anyway any reason to keep this note. It is in pretty rough shape has multiple folds and a few stains. Any info would be appreciated.

Would make a good starter note for a small collection, and as tfred says, it has some value over face, that's always good ;).
It is a BC 21-c wide signature band note, the more common 1937.
