Lately I have just been acquiring silver and havent made a mumismatic purchase in some time. Seeing that old dollar makes me think its about time to change that.

B6 variety. Obverse easily attributed by the missing right foot of letter T. It is clearly genuine, but I am not as thrilled by its overall appearance as most other commentators. IMO, has the look of a dipped and retoned coin. May be wrong, and I think it would probably slab, but not wholly original; again in my opinion only. Still a very meaty coin with considerable value and obviously it appeals to most collectors as my comments are clearly in the minority.
