I'm not a pro grader, but I'd say AU-55. Very nice clip.

Unless you can see some light wear in person, I'll say MS-64. Nice error

Look very nice! MS-64 sounds about right. If you have a digital scale, weight it and you can calculate the percentage of the coin thats missing. This coin would sell on ebay for $10 to $15. But as nice as it is, you might get a little more. It shows a perfect Blakesley Effect across from the clip!

I've had trouble selling clipped coins. I had a triple clipped cent that went for $11, and a double clipped quarter that went for $12.

I got you started at $7.00. It always looke good if someome bids early, and I'd love to get them for $7.

That seemed like a fair place to start, and I really hope you get them too. Thank you.

I won the the pair of coins in this ebay auction and I must say that the Dime might be higher than an MS-64.

You can see the normal metal flow from the strike in the fields, on the weak letters due to the missing metal of the clip and even find metal flow lines on the Portrait. The coin seems to have fully split bands, with only a small area in question on the lower band.

Most of the luster is from metal flow from the center outwards towards the rim, but also from straight up and down flow on Roosevelt's neck and chin and from the hairline out across the forehead all of which make Roosevelt look very old and wrinkled. The metal flow continues in straight right to left lines near the torch, on the olive and oak leaves to the outside of the reverse and at the top of the flame.

The Blakesley Effect is very strong with 6 Reeding Marks visible on the rim of both the obverse and reverse caused by the 5% clip.

The result is the most luster I've seen on a Dime to the point of giving the coin a satin finished look.
